1. Sponsor and acceptance
The sponsor and promoter of this US promotion is Webb Ventures US LLC, 75 E 3rd St STE 7, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States 82801 (“Sponsor”). By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility
Open only to natural persons who are at least 18 years old when entering and who are legal residents of Eligible United States jurisdictions listed in the counsel-approved rules; void where prohibited.. Employees, officers, contractors and immediate-family or household members of the Sponsor and promotion administrators are ineligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion period
The promotion begins at 12/07/2026 @ 15:00 UTC+10 and closes at 31/08/2026 @ 19:00 UTC+10. The Sponsor’s Shopify order records and received contact-form timestamps are the official timekeeping records.
4. How to enter
Qualifying paid supporter membership
A successfully paid initial membership order or successfully paid monthly renewal during the promotion period earns the entries shown below. Failed, pending, authorised-but-not-captured or unpaid transactions earn no entries. Ordinary physical-product purchases earn no entries.

Appstle membership order tags and Shopify paid-order records determine the paid entry entitlement. If an entrant changes tier during the same campaign, only the difference needed to reach the higher entitlement is added; tier awards do not stack.
Free entry
Visit the free-entry page during the promotion period and submit the complete form. After eligibility and duplicate checks, one valid form awards or tops the entrant up to 50 entries. No checkout, marketing consent, referral, social action or loyalty enrolment is required.
5. Entry limit and identity matching
Maximum 50 entries per natural person for this campaign across every permitted method. Entrants must use accurate information and should use the same email address for membership and free entry. Multiple emails, accounts, aliases or household details may be reviewed to enforce the limit. Automated, bulk, incomplete, altered or fraudulent entries are void.
6. Prize
1 of each piece from next months drop Approximate retail value: Up to US$499. 1 winner will be selected. No cash substitution or transfer except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where lawful and reasonably necessary.
7. Draw, odds and notification
The random draw is scheduled for 01/09/2026 @ 17:00 UTC+10 at Online from the reconciled eligible-entry ledger. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted using the submitted email and must respond within 7 days and complete eligibility, identity and release documentation where lawful.
8. Verification, cancellations and disqualification
All entries are subject to verification. Cancelling a membership stops future renewal entries but does not remove entries already validly earned. The treatment of refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud and duplicate identities will be applied consistently with applicable law and the Sponsor’s documented reconciliation procedure. The Sponsor may disqualify conduct that tampers with the promotion or undermines its fair operation.
9. Privacy
Information is collected to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, publish legally required results and maintain compliance records. Free-entry details are not marketing consent. Information may be disclosed to professional advisers, regulators, fulfilment providers and other parties where necessary or legally required. 10. General conditions
Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements or events beyond reasonable control prevent fair administration. The Sponsor will not use this clause to avoid awarding a legitimately won prize. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
11. Governing law and permits
These rules are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without excluding non-waivable consumer or lottery protections. Required permits, registrations and approvals must be obtained before advertising or opening entries. Permit or authority number: Not required.
